To quickly return an item, follow these steps: 1. Register Your Return: Email us at info@bagamour.it or WhatsApp 338 120 1147. For faulty goods, contact our customer service team via the help centre. 2. Post Your Return: Choose a carrier through our portal to fulfill your return. 3. We'll Do The Rest: Once we receive your return, we'll refund the amount and notify you via email. This can take up to 5 working days. *Returns must be in pristine condition and requested within 14 days of receipt. For returns outside the policy, contact our customer service team at info@bagamour.it. Check your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately. Before returning an order, request a returns authorization number from our customer service team. Without this number, processing may take longer. Right to Cancel: You can cancel this contract within 48 hours without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 48 hours after you or a third party acquires physical possession of the goods. To cancel, inform us by email at info@bagamour.it. Ensure items are unopened and in original packaging.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bagamour purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days. We offer a return courier service for €10 within Italy and €20 within the EU. Alternatively, you can return it to our main office at no charge: Via A. Righi 63/65 int. 2, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI), Italy. Please email us at info@bagamour.it to initiate the return process.
